I run a craft select store and workshop Un Studio with my furniture-maker husband.

I am seeking to

Make good wares, make good artworks, make good visuals, all things good & great.

I graduated from

Nanyang Polytechnic, School of Interactive and Digital Media where I majored in Interactive Design (Diploma).

My abilities include

Designing, art direction, conceptualising, minor video editing & animation, pottery, branding, print, iconography, typography, social media content, web design, messing up sometimes and not taking myself too seriously.

I am proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, simple animation in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, InDesign and Keynote. I am a whiz at Google Slides and Keynote, work well with MS Office and dabble in a dog whispering. I speak and write fluently in English, moderately so in Mandarin and Japanese.

Thus far, I have worked with Vaynermedia APAC, DDB Group Singapore, UltraSuperNew Singapore, Saatchi & Saatchi, Tribal Worldwide, and TSLA (The Secret Little Agency) on projects/clients such as SKII, KFC, POSB/DBS, Fairprice, Prudential, MyCareersFuture, MCCY, BrandSG, Strongbow, Redbull, NEA, VIVO, Tide, Ariel, Senka, Sunsilk, Chi Longevity etc.

I appreciate the flexibility in the freelance life, the occasional overnight shifts for pitches and always looking for a challenge.

Weavve Home

Singapore / April 2023 - August 2024
I led the creative team in the visual and content direction of Weavve Home - a local bedding company specialising in Tencel beddings and other home goods.

I create content templates, did a small brand refresh to set a clearer creative direction across all their e-commerce and social platforms; conceptualised, filmed and edited social media content; produced and edited product shoots; set up visual merchandising for pop-up events and worked on other misc items such as printed instructional care cards, greeting & gift cards, product packaging for new products, campaigns for new launches.

UltraSuperNew

Singapore / October 2016 - September 2018
I fought the good fight as a junior art director working on pitches, conceptualising strategies, ideas and media adaptations for social media content, TVCs, campaigns, OOH collaterals and the occasional branding campaign and roll-outs. Some brands and clients I’ve worked on include Lazada Singapore, It’s The Ship, Grab, Citibank, FairPrice On, Martell NCF, Vuulr, Canvas, Senka, Sunsilk and Redbull.

CSquare Creative

As an in-house graphic designer, I worked on doing up OOH collaterals like fabrication skins, flyers, brochures, Facebook event covers, stage backdrops, directional signages etc. for events. I’ve worked on graphics for social service organisations in Singapore such as Heart @ Fei Yue and the National Healthcare Group.

DailyHotel

Singapore / April 2016 - July 2016
DailyHotel is a Seoul-based last minute hotel booking app. As a social media and marketing intern, I managed and created content for their subsidiary Facebook pages - What to Eat and Where to Go. We posted daily on the best places to go to and what to eat around the world. These Facebook pages ultimately garnered over 70,000 likes.

Publicis Group

Singapore / November 2015 - February 2016
As a creative and social media intern, my responsibilities included both static and interactive social media content for clients such as Audi Singapore, AXA and Lancome. I also worked on doing up mastheads and promo banners for FlyScoot’s website rebrand, and learned how to make my first gif on Photoshop here! Flex.
